by infoyogis on February 29th, 2008

You mau know or may not know, that a debt consolidation loan is very similar whether it is with a for profit or a nonprofit debt consolidation company. This is told because, a loan is a loan. It may be anything that, you are borrowing money to repay someone and you are making fixed monthly payments until the debt is paid off. It is your choice that you may decide to work with a nonprofit or for-profit, you must consider all of the fees associated with it along with the interest rate. A nonprofit debt consolidation loan can be a good move for you if you have a great deal of credit card debt or other debt which is at a high interest rate. Can You Make Money Without Google PR?

by j18bad on February 27th, 2008

Making money on the internet can be very frustrating and most people don’t do very well at making money from Google Adsense. Instead they have been selling reviews which include do follow links. Google really doesn’t like this so has removed the PR of many blogs. If you want to get your PR back you need to delete the links and do a reinclusion request.

Niche Markets are Financial Money Makers

by info@oneworldinternetcafe.com on February 20th, 2008

If you are targeting niche traffic and you do not have a lot of competition using a high PR third party will often land you on page 1 of the serp’s for your keyword and you are in business - targeted traffic will start showing up on the same day that you started a brand new blog. If you don’t hit page 1 then competition is rated by how far back in the serp’s your PR5 link landed you. If you are on page 2 you will only need a couple of more high PR links to get to page 1. If you are on page 10 then you are going to need a lot more links and more importantly a lot more keyword rich content.

I use this method for starting new white hat blogs that I intend to nurture into long term niches that make money online.

Why has the economy taken such a hit?

by debtmansteve on February 4th, 2008

Todays economy has hit a pretty low point. The stem of this problem started with the mess that was made in the sub-prime mortgage industry. Unscrupulous lending of money now have people stuck in very bad situations. Many people have been foreclosed upon due to ARM’s. Then naturally the problems in this market trickled down into the rest of the economy. We are now seeing many people who are stuck deep in debt and are now looking for ways of credit card debt relief. To add to the problems gas prices are continuing to rise. Which in turn many people are not spending much of their money on buying new products and goods. Thus affecting the economy and lowering the stock market.

Hopefully soon we will see a turnaround in events, however I personally feel that the economy has not hit rock bottom yet.
